If the ferry to Mykines is cancelled due to weather, will I get a refund?
Yes. If the ferry is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will automatically receive a full refund.
Please note that it is not possible to reschedule when the ferry is cancelled—you will need to book new tickets.

I am travelling to Mykines by helicopter. Will I be able to join the guided hike?
Yes. When you arrive by helicopter, proceed directly to the school, where you will be able to join the guided hike.
What should I wear for the hike?
We highly recommend wearing proper hiking shoes, as some sections can be slippery and dangerous without appropriate footwear.
Additionally, we advise bringing:
Extra layers of clothing
Waterproof and windproof outerwear
The weather in Mykines can change very quickly—it may start raining, become cold, or turn very windy. Please pack accordingly.
If you have hiking poles, we recommend bringing them, as they can be helpful on uneven terrain.
I booked a ticket for the guided hike in Mykines, but the money was returned to my credit card. What should I do?
When you book a guided hike in Mykines, the amount is only reserved on your credit card at the time of booking.
The payment will be captured only after the tour has been completed.
